Today Design Group 5 tested their first prototype on the workbenches. The slider crank system moves the skates well, but a lack of torque may hinder progress. Team 5 intends to explore other options
Frame Construction Started

Today Team 5 began construction of their frame for Robby O.R.R. The materials, including aluminum box tubing, have been acquired and are now being welded together to form the base of the robotic
Design Group 5 has accepted the challenge of designing and building a skating and hockey playing robot. The team will use their creativity and expertise in mechanical design to create a robot for practical and entertainment purposes.
